Cole: Cole is a good student with an ability to bring a deeper view of the novel into alignment with real world events while understanding implications directly within the text and being able to discover aspects of other characters that otherwise might not have been thug about. Further Cole brings a standard of excellence into the project, he may be an issue with working too much or not being bossy.
